One month deposit (protected) & two references required. Two forms of ID will also be required (One Photo ID Passport or Driving Licence).
All rent to be paid on the 1st of the month.

Tenants will be required to maintain the condition of their own room. Hoover is provided, all other cleaning materials at tenant's cost.
Kitchen equipment provided by Landlord include Electric Cooker, Washing Machine, Two Freezers, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Brush, Dustpan (inc brush).
Bathroom contains a tap shower with curtain, tenants to ensure the curtain is inside the bath when used & they use the mop/bucket provided to remove any excess water on floor tiles.
Off Premises Landlord will attend house once a month to ensure property is in a satisfactory condition & maintain the gardens.
